This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application AI Hair Care Routine Tracker provided by Sun Teame Pte Ltd.

The app helps users create a hair profile, receive a personalized hair care routine, track hair progress, use an AI assistant, and generate hairstyle/hair color try-on previews.

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following data:

3.1 Hair profile data

The app may collect or process:

• •Scalp type selected by the user
• •Selected hair concerns
• •Selected hair goals
• •Hair type and hair length estimated from the user-selected photo
• •Personalized routine and manual generated for the user

3.2 Photos and images

The app may process photos selected by the user, including:

• •A Hair ID photo used to estimate hair type and hair length
• •Progress journal photos added by the user
• •Portrait photos selected for the AI Try On feature
• •Generated hairstyle/hair color preview images

3.3 Chat messages

If the user uses the AI Assistant, the app may process:

• •The user's chat message
• •Related hair profile details, such as hair type, hair length, scalp type, concerns, and goals, to provide a more relevant response

3.4 Device and usage data

The app may process basic technical information required to operate, secure, and improve the app, such as device model, operating system version, crash logs, error logs, timestamps of requests, and feature usage events.

4. How We Use Data

We use data only to provide and improve the app's features, including:

• ✓Creating a Hair ID profile
• ✓Generating a personalized hair care manual
• ✓Generating a weekly hair care routine
• ✓Saving progress journal entries locally on the user's device
• ✓Providing AI Assistant responses
• ✓Generating AI hairstyle and hair color Try On previews
• ✓Maintaining app security, stability, and diagnostics

5. Face Data

5.1 What face data is collected or processed

The app may process face data only when the user voluntarily selects or uploads a photo that contains a face. In that case, the face data consists of:

• •The visual appearance of the face contained in the image pixels
• •Visual facial features necessary for AI hairstyle/hair color preview generation if the user uses the Try On feature

5.2 How face data is used

Face data is used only for the feature requested by the user:

• •Local Hair ID photo processing to estimate hair type and hair length
• •AI Try On generation to create a hairstyle or hair color preview based on the selected portrait photo
• •Displaying user-selected or generated images inside the app

Face data is not used for advertising, biometric profiling, user identification, or tracking users across apps or services.

5.3 Sharing of face data

For the Hair ID feature, the selected photo is processed locally on the device to estimate hair type and hair length. The Hair ID photo is not sent to our backend for routine/manual generation.

For the AI Try On feature, the selected portrait photo, which may include the user's face, is securely transmitted to Sun Teame Pte Ltd backend and our AI media processing provider WaveSpeed AI for the sole purpose of generating the hairstyle/hair color preview requested by the user.

Users can delete locally stored app data by using the Reset option in the app or by uninstalling the app.

If a user contacts us at support@sunteame.com, we will assist with deletion requests where technically feasible.

6. Third-Party AI Processing

The app uses third-party AI processing providers to provide certain features.

6.1 AI text processing

For generating the personalized manual, weekly routine, and AI Assistant responses, the app may send the following data:

• •Hair length
• •Selected concerns
• •Selected goals
• •User chat messages

This data is used only to generate the requested manual, routine, or AI Assistant response.

6.2 AI media processing

For the AI Try On feature, the app may send the following data to WaveSpeed AI:

• •The selected portrait photo, which may include a face
• •Selected hairstyle
• •Selected hair color
• •Image dimensions and technical parameters required to generate the result

This data is used only to generate the hairstyle/hair color preview requested by the user.

The app stores most user data locally on the user's device, including:

• •Hair ID profile
• •Selected Hair ID photo
• •Progress entries
• •Progress photos
• •Try On gallery images
• •Generated results
• •Local app settings

Some data may be processed temporarily on our backend or by third-party AI providers to provide requested AI features.

8. Data Retention

Local data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it, resets the app, or uninstalls the app.

Temporary AI processing data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain service security, debug failures, or comply with legal obligations.

9. User Rights

Depending on the user's location, the user may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

10. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can delete it where technically feasible.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be changed when the policy is updated.
