FAQ

Mac App Membership questions

What is SunTeame Mac App Membership?

A subscription to a collection of native Mac apps made by SunTeame: a PDF editor, an ebook and audiobook reader, a Mac cleaner, a private AI assistant, a video player, an App Store screenshot generator and more. One plan unlocks all 15 apps.

How much does it cost?

$9 per month, or a one-time $99 for lifetime access to the whole collection, including future apps.

Which apps are available right now?

PDF Reader Pro: Edit PDFs, Any Book Reader, Clean My Mac Pro, Astra AI Assistant, Best Video Player, ScreenCraft, Watchtower, Private Photo AI, Invoice Maker, PayPulse: Subscription Tracker, GlobeRate AI, AI Palm Reader, Morph, Unfold, Video Downloader Pro. New apps appear in your account as they are released, at no extra cost.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Create an account and start a 7-day free trial of the whole collection on one Mac. No card is required and nothing is charged when the trial ends — the apps simply ask for a membership.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel the monthly plan from your account in one click — you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Can I switch from monthly to lifetime?

Yes. Choose “Upgrade to Lifetime” in your account. After the $99 payment your monthly billing stops automatically.

On how many Macs can I use the apps?

One membership license works on up to three Macs. You can remove an old Mac from your account at any time to activate a new one.

Is this distributed through the Mac App Store?

No. Apps are downloaded directly from your SunTeame account, which lets us ship updates faster and build tools that need deeper system access than the App Store sandbox allows.

Why does macOS ask me to confirm the app the first time I open it?

Our apps are downloaded directly from SunTeame and are not yet notarized by Apple, so macOS asks for a one-time confirmation. Open the app once and close the message, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to Security and click “Open Anyway”. On macOS 14 you can also Control-click the app and choose Open. You only do this once per app — after that it opens normally.
